Trip Cross Country - Day three

Day 3-

We got up and loaded three dogs into Jess' dying Malibu (the boo) and drove into Golden. We ate at a cute little restaurant there, and then headed to North Table Mountain. We walked through neighborhoods a little bit and then up the "mountain". At the top we did a little rock scrambling for a view and saw a bunch of deer. Layla REALLY wanted to chase them, but we kept her from it.

We walked down, however Tom carried Jack (the dog) in a backpack on his front. It was very adorable.

We headed back to Westminster and sort of zoned out for a while. Tom went for a quick run.
Around 3ish we headed up to Boulder. We strolled the mall and peeked into some shops. We moved the car and stupidly strolled the mall again because I missed Gondolier. We finally made it to eat and Molly was outside waiting or us. So we got to catch up. We sat down and then Will and Tara showed up (of course Will had failed to mention that Tara was pregnant!!! She looked adorable). We ordered sangria and food and homemade pasta (with reg and og for anyone that worked at Gondo). We ate a lot and then headed to Mountain Sun. Pat Holmes stopped by there and we drank some really yummy beer (called Barctic Wheat) that had lemongrass and stuff in it.

We headed back to Westminster when Tom asked me where my wallet was. I said I didn't know. That meant it was at Mountain Sun. So back again we went. They had my wallet and they made me state my name while they looked at my license. Just in case I was stealing it!

Safely we returned to Westminster and went to sleep.
